7. Applicable Law, Arbitration and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities developed on it, the federal legislation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai, including regulations from Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) where applicable, shall govern.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) or the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Rules. The seat of the arbitration shall be Dubai, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.

Without prejudice to the arbitration clause above, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil Courts of the Emirate of Dubai for seeking urgent interim or conservatory relief.
